Georgina Lynch to join the board of PEXA as a new Director

ASX-listed proptech PEXA Group have announced the appointment of Georgina Lynch (pictured) as an independent Non-Executive Director from 1 September 2024.

Ms Lynch has extensive executive and board experience in the property and financial services sectors, including significant experience across all classes of property as well as corporate transactions, capital raisings, funds management, corporate strategy, and acquisitions and divestments.

Georgina Lynch is currently Chair of Cbus Property and Chair of ASX-listed Waypoint REIT Ltd. Ms Lynch is also a Non-Executive Director of Vicinity Centres and Evolve Housing. Past listed directorships include Tassal Group and Irongate Group.
