Domain appoints Belinda Sinclair as new National Sales Director
Leading property marketplace Domain has announced the appointment of Belinda Sinclair to the role of National Sales Director for Domain Residential.
As the former State Sales Director for NSW, and a long-standing career both at Domain and in the Property industry spanning 20 years, Belinda has well-established relationships, an impeccable understanding of the real estate industry and is focussed on how Domain can forge stronger partnerships with our real estate partners.
Belinda’s focus and primary responsibility will be to lead the Residential Sales Business, with a large and capable team working across all states and territories as well as partnering with our Agent solutions business to ensure we deliver superior service and solutions for Domain’s customers.
Some of the key initiative’s Belinda and her team have implemented in recent months is the launch of Domain listing social solution, Social Boost. Now used by hundreds of agencies across Australia and delivering strong results for vendors and agents.
Speaking on her new role, Belinda said she’s excited to step up as the National Sales Director and further support agents in what matters most, to win their next listing, sell for the best possible price and build a profitable and sustainable business.
“Our goal is to partner with agents and add value at every step in the property journey by continuing to build on the incredible opportunity we at Domain have to grow our suite of solutions to better serve our real estate partners. I have huge respect for those that work in real estate, the landscape is continuously changing and I am looking forward to working together to help create an even better experience for the customers we help connect to property whether they are buyers, sellers, renters or landlords,” said Belinda.
