ASX-listed proptech PEXA appoints Helen Silver to the board

PEXA, operator of the world’s first digital property exchange platform, have announced the appointment of Helen Silver AO as a Non-Executive Director of the company.

Ms Silver has been a senior executive with two major financial services companies in Australia, National Australia Bank and Allianz Australia. She spent the last eight years at Allianz Australia, where her most recent role was Deputy Managing Director. Ms Silver has worked at the highest levels of Commonwealth Government with the Productivity Commission, and Victorian Government in roles primarily in the Premier’s and Treasury portfolios, including as Secretary of the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet from 2008 to 2013.
