Adelaide proptech RESO takes its streamlined offer management platform into commercial property

RESO, the Adelaide-based proptech company, has launched a commercial property version of its innovative online offer management platform designed to meet the needs of commercial real estate agents.

RESO’s app helps commercial agents navigate all the key aspects of a commercial property transaction, including qualifying buyers, creating demand, due diligence disclosures, price negotiation and vendor reporting.

“The RESO app for commercial property takes the hassle out of the offer management process for real estate agents who handle commercial property assets,” said AJ Chand (pictured), CEO of RESO.

“We’ve designed it so agents can boost sales results and save valuable time, especially when negotiating multiple offers and nurturing interstate or overseas buyers,” Chand added.

RESO has added a new in-app ‘DealRoom’ feature designed to make the buyer due diligence process easier to manage.

This is a secure area that can be used by the agency’s sales team to store and share crucial documents, for example, safety certificates, physical condition reports, financials, insurances and tenancy details, as well as the sale contract.

“RESO’s new ‘DealRoom’ enables full control of disclosures to buyers after they have acknowledged an NDA. Your buyers can then effortlessly access all the key documents while you retain complete oversight of all activity in real time,” Chand explained.

RESO’s unique offer ranking technology is available in the commercial application to ensure there is transparency in negotiations and competitive tension among buyers.

“With longer sales cycles and remote buyers being more common in commercial, there are a lot of benefits for agents, buyers and sellers from moving the offer management process onto the RESO app,” Chand said.

“Everyone in the sales team – and the vendor – can see everything at a glance to know how many buyers are taking a look, where an individual buyer is tracking in that journey, and how the offers are shaping up,” Chand added.

The commercial property version of the RESO app also integrates with all major CRMs to reduce admin time and effort.
