Ryan Hedger joins Opteon as Director, Residential Development & Advisory (NSW)

Australian proptech company Opteon have announced the recent appointment of Ryan Hedger (pictured) as Director, Residential Development & Advisory (NSW), based in their Sydney office.

In this role, Ryan will lead the strategic direction and oversee the operations of the Residential Development & Advisory division across New South Wales, working directly with Head of Residential Development & Advisory, Cam Olson.

Ryan Hedger brings a wealth of experience to the position, having operated his own valuation practice in Sydney for several years. Hedger’s career also includes senior roles with prominent national and international valuation and real estate advisory firms, where he specialised in residential development valuations, investment analysis, and strategic advisory services.
